Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. Your key duties will include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, dusting and polishing surfaces, and cleaning restrooms and break areas. You will also be expected to manage waste disposal, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring that all cleaning activities are performed to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. You should be physically fit, as the job may involve lifting and moving equipment. A positive attitude and good communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various team members and clients.
