Business Development Manager - Litigation - Elite US Law Firm

Joining their market-leading Litigation practice, you will work directly with Partners to shape and deliver the group's strategic growth plans. A key focus of the role will be advising Partners on market trends, client development initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and long-term business planning. The Partners are looking for someone who will bring fresh thinking, confidence, and a strategic mindset.

You will have dedicated specialist teams covering pitches, events, CRM, communications and marketing, allowing you to focus on the high-value, advisory side of Business Development rather than being consumed by day-to-day execution.
