£350/£425 (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support a large, complex programme involving multiple stakeholder organisations. The role will focus on governance, reporting, risk and issue management, change control, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme information and stakeholder communications.
• Review governance papers and identify risks, dependencies, impacts, and assurance issues.
• Escalate key risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies through appropriate governance routes.
• Support and maintain effective change control processes.
• Track and report on actions arising from boards, workshops, and assurance reviews.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and papers for senior stakeholders and governance boards.
• Ensure programme plans, reporting, and assurance activities accurately reflect cross-organisational activity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working.

Experience Required

• Previous PMO, Programme Office, or Project Support experience.
• Strong governance, risk, issue, action, and dependency management skills.
• Experience tracking and reporting programme delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organisations.
• Strong organisational, communication, and reporting capabilities.
