Contract Senior Account Manager

This is a contract role that owns something most contracts don’t: a single, major healthcare programme, held end-to-end, from the New York studio of a design house that built its name on craft.

The studio is small by design – a boutique brand and design practice that has never run new-business campaigns, winning its work on reputation and referral instead. Its client relationships run deep, often lasting a decade or more, with the studio operating closer to embedded creative directors than external suppliers. 

The Role
You own the healthcare programme. That means becoming the trusted point of contact for the senior client relationship, and the delivery machinery underneath it. You’ll run projects from brief to completion across strategy, creative and production, holding the scopes, budgets, timelines, resourcing and forecasting that keep ambitious work on track.

It’s a deliberate hybrid of account and project management. You carry both the relationship and the commercial and delivery detail, working closely alongside the Business Director. You’ll be the single owner keeping creative intent, stakeholders and numbers aligned – with real autonomy over how the work runs.

$750 – $850 per day

The Person
You’re a senior client services professional from a brand, design or creative agency, based in or able to work onsite in New York. You’ve owned senior client relationships and run projects end-to-end – equally fluent in stakeholder trust and in scopes, budgets and forecasting.

You’ve been the conduit between creative ambition and commercial delivery on major accounts. Healthcare or pharma experience is a strong advantage.
