Civil Works Programme Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Works Programme Scheduler to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will be critical in identifying potential scheduling conflicts, analyzing resource allocation, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include preparing detailed work breakdown structures, defining project milestones, and conducting regular schedule reviews. You will also be tasked with producing progress reports and presenting updates to senior management and client stakeholders. Strong analytical skills are necessary for forecasting potential delays and developing mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to facilitate communication among team members and provide training on scheduling best practices. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, along with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with relevant experience in scheduling within the construction industry. A certification in project management (such as PMP) is highly desirable.
