Assessment Processing Administrator - 7006

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assessment Processing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the assessment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing data related to student assessments. Your primary duties will include collecting, reviewing, and entering assessment data into our systems, while maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance standards. You will also collaborate with educators and administrative staff to ensure the timely distribution of assessment results and provide support for any queries related to assessment processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have a keen eye for detail, as well as proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders. A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or assessment environment, is highly desirable. Familiarity with assessment methodologies and data privacy regulations will be considered an asset.
