As a Mobile Colleague, you will be responsible for engaging with customers on-the-go, providing them with product information, addressing inquiries, and facilitating transactions in various locations. Your ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships will be essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience and encouraging customer loyalty. You will also assist in promoting our latest offerings and services while embodying our brand values at all times.

In this position, you will be required to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as you interact with a diverse range of customers. You will support the team by maintaining inventory levels, handling cash transactions, and ensuring that mobile displays are visually appealing and well-stocked. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, while contributing to a positive work environment. Successful candidates will possess a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not necessary.
