What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Laminator, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning the techniques and processes involved in producing high-quality marine components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation and application of laminates on marine products
• Following technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Helping to ensure finished products meet quality and industry standards
• Safely handling and storing laminating materials
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Learning industry best practices and health & safety procedures
• Participating in training sessions and team meetings
• Supporting skilled laminators with day-to-day production activities

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have:

• A basic understanding of laminating processes or similar hands-on manufacturing work (although full training is provided)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
