Customer Sales Advisor – Mobile Upgrades

 

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets? My client is looking for motivated Inbound Sales Advisors to join their mobiles team, supporting customers with upgrade options and tailored mobile service solutions.

In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening, and convert enquiries into successful sales by recommending suitable products, services, and available deals.

 

Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus every Saturday

Hours: 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday and every Saturday 09:00–17:30

 

Full training will be provided over the first two weeks to help you build confidence in the role, products, systems, and sales process.

 

Role Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls from customers in a professional and engaging manner
  
  
• Exploring customer needs and recommending suitable mobile products or upgrade options
  
  
• Clearly explaining the benefits of products, services, and current promotions
  
  
• Using effective questioning techniques to identify upselling opportunities
  
  
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and awareness of available deals
  
  
• Working towards and exceeding sales KPIs, including sales volume, call conversion, and additional product sales
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous sales experience within a target-driven environment is desirable
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• A resilient, tenacious, and positive approach
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills, systems, and product information
