Rooted in over a century of craftsmanship and expertise, the company is committed to delivering excellence and inspiring design to its global clients.Job PurposeWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to prioritise their workload, with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a key role in supporting our customers and sales team.Key Responsibilities:
Taking orders over the phone and through email, and accurately inputting these orders into a SAP system (to create order acknowledgements, invoices and delivery notes).Providing customer service on any inbound or outbound calls/emailsWorking with the sales team to resolve customer queriesUpdating customer ordersLiaising with the warehouse team to pick and arrange packing of goods for shipmentSending samples to customersGeneral office administration (filing, answering calls)
