Evaluation Advisor (KTI)

We are seeking a highly motivated Evaluation Advisor (KTI) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating and enhancing our Knowledge, Technology, and Innovation (KTI) initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of KTI programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This includes developing performance indicators, conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in evaluation methodologies and experience in the KTI sector. A master’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, public policy, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in program evaluation or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively are essential. The Evaluation Advisor will also be expected to provide training and support to staff on evaluation practices and contribute to capacity-building initiatives within the organization.
