Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract (FTC) to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. You will also handle transactions at the cash register, process returns, and support inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of stock levels.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for retail. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will need to be a team player, working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales targets while providing an outstanding shopping experience. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
