What you'll bring

• At least 6 months UK Healthcare Assistant (HCA) experience in a private home
• Valid UK driving licence
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Confident supporting multiple care needs in a private client's home
• Passionate about person‑centred, dignified support
