Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor Mid Kent Up to £60,000 DOE 9:00 – 5:30pm Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking to join a well-established and supportive law firm? This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing Private Client team, managing a varied caseload while delivering exceptional service to clients during some of life's most important moments. This role would suit someone with at least 2-3 years' experience in Private Client work who enjoys building strong client relationships and takes pride in providing clear, practical legal advice. Duties include: You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload, advising clients on a broad range of Private Client matters including: • Wills and estate planning • Probate and estate administration • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) • Inheritance Tax (IHT) matters • Estate planning and wealth preservation • Supporting executors, beneficiaries and families throughout the probate process You'll work closely with clients from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring an empathetic, professional and efficient service at every stage. The right candidate will have/be: • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or experienced Private Client Fee Earner status • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience handling Private Client matters • Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration and inheritance tax • Experience managing a varied caseload independently • Excellent communication and client care skills • A compassionate and professional approach when supporting clients through sensitive matters • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Experience using case management systems and legal technology   This role is being handled by Chloe Wadhams & Holly Ensoll, Business Support Consultant for Pearson Whiffin Recruitment.
