Business Lecturer - Mid Kent College

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business teacher or lecturer. Full time contract role (37 hours a week) that will run initally to Christmas. Most likely to run the whole of the academic year. Hourly rate between (£30-40).  The role will involve: • Delivering Business courses to FE students • Planning and delivering engaging lessons • Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback • Supporting learners to achieve their full potential • Working collaboratively with the curriculum team The ideal candidate will have: ✅ Experience teaching Business within Further Education or Secondary Education ✅ A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS or equivalent) ✅ Strong classroom management skills ✅ A passion for teaching and supporting student success If you're available for a new temporary opportunity and would like to find out more, please get in touch.
