Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering queries about products, and providing recommendations based on their preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and stock levels are monitored regularly.

In addition to customer service duties, the Retail Assistant will process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and assist with inventory management. This includes receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and keeping track of inventory levels to ensure that our products are readily available for our customers. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this position. Previous retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow within our company.
