Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and displayed attractively. Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process returns, and assist in inventory management to keep our stock levels accurate.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as building rapport with customers is essential. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key attributes we value. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
