Asbestos Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asbestos Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive asbestos surveys, risk assessments, and management plans to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. Your expertise will be essential in identifying potential asbestos-containing materials in residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as providing recommendations for safe management or removal. You will also prepare detailed reports and documentation, ensuring that clients are informed of their obligations and options regarding asbestos management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental science or a related field, along with relevant certifications in asbestos inspection and management. You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to liaise with regulatory agencies and contractors, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential for success in this role. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites are also required.
