HR Administrator – 12 month FTC

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding and training programs. You will also handle employee queries, support performance management initiatives, and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, which are crucial for liaising with employees at all levels. A good understanding of HR practices and relevant employment legislation is required, along with proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications. Previous experience in an administrative role within an HR context is highly desirable.
