NMR - Self-Employed Milk Sampler - Mid Devon, Crediton, Tiverton and Cullompton area.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NMR - Self-Employed Milk Sampler to join our team in the Mid Devon area, specifically covering Crediton, Tiverton, and Cullompton. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting milk samples from various dairy farms and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your primary duties will include visiting farms to collect samples, following strict protocols for sampling and documentation, and maintaining effective communication with farmers and our laboratory team. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and have a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of dairy farming practices and milk quality standards. You should be comfortable using sampling equipment and have the ability to record data meticulously. Excellent organizational skills are essential, as you will be managing your own schedule and ensuring timely collection and submission of samples. A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary, as travel between farms is a significant part of the role. Additionally, you should be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and possibly weekends, to accommodate the needs of our farmers.
