Porter/Handyman

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter/Handyman to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities while providing exceptional support to our staff and visitors. Your duties will include performing general maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, as well as ensuring that common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. You will assist with moving furniture and equipment, set up for events, and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for everyone.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with staff, guests, and management regularly. A valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation are required, along with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our operations.
