Finance Administrator - Collections Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our dynamic Collections Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your primary duties will include monitoring customer accounts, preparing and sending out invoices, and following up on overdue payments. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations. Your ability to analyze financial data and generate reports will be crucial in helping us assess collection efforts and implement strategies for improvement.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in finance or accounting, with demonstrated experience in collections or credit control. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Furthermore, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing a high volume of transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
