Cleaning and Waste Operative - Day Shift

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our team for the Day Shift. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff, customers, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include performing general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. You will also be responsible for the proper disposal of waste and recyclables, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a sustainable environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. You should be physically fit, as the job may require lifting and moving equipment or waste. Additionally, good time management skills are essential, as you will need to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to provide training for the right individual.
