About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Change Analyst to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be pivotal in facilitating change management processes across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, analyze change impacts, and develop comprehensive change strategies. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing the effectiveness of change initiatives and ensuring that projects align with business objectives. You will also prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and relevant teams.
Key responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments, supporting the development of training and communication plans, and collaborating with project managers to integrate change management into project planning and execution. You will also be responsible for monitoring and measuring the success of change initiatives, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and making necessary adjustments. To thrive in this role, you will need a strong understanding of change management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A background in project management or experience with process improvement methodologies will be advantageous.
