Salary: £30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance

Hours: 39 hours per week

Monday – Friday: 07:45 – 16:45
Weekend rota (1 in 3): 07:45 – 15:15
On-call rota included

The role
Plumbing maintenance across site (reactive and planned)
Mains water repairs and fault finding
Inspections, water sampling and compliance work
Identify and repair faults on equipment
Support wider FM team when needed

What we’re looking for
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (essential)
Experience in maintenance (commercial or similar ideal)
Legionella awareness (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a team
Prison Security clearance and Standard DBS required – full support provided by Amey.
