About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to help enhance the learning outcomes of a child in Early Years. The working pattern is Monday-Friday from 0845-1330. As some of this time is over the lunch hour, the role involves supporting our Midday Assistant team.
Successful candidates will be required to work flexibly, taking direction from the class teacher and SENCO in adapting and planning activities to help the child progress. Previous experience of working with young children is desirable, but not essential. The school will be able to offer full training to the right candidate.
We are looking for candidates who:

- Can communicate with parents/carers and other professionals.
- Is able to contribute to our safe and supportive environment.
- Have GCSE standard, or equivalent, Maths and English.
