We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a respected, successful, and rapidly growing estate agency in Mansfield. The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Negotiate offers and sales agreements to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients
• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
• Proactively generate interest in new instructions and available properties
• Progress sales through to completion while delivering exceptional customer service
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and referrals
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch

Sales Negotiator Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
• Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities
• Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
