We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful multi-branch independent estate agency, providing leadership and support across several offices in the Portsmouth area. As part of this role, you'll provide operational support across multiple branches, ensuring high standards of service and performance are maintained during periods of annual leave, sickness, and other absences.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple branch locations
• Deliver engaging morning meetings and ongoing coaching to maximise performance
• Drive new business generation and identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
• Negotiate sales and oversee transactions through to completion
• Monitor local market activity and maintain expert knowledge of the area
• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
• Ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence across the branch network
• Provide branch cover and leadership support when required

Branch Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Estate Agency professional
• Proven track record of winning instructions and converting valuations into listings and sales
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Resilient, ambitious, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
