City of London, London Huntress Data Administrator £18.57ph-Temp Bank Station Financial Services 9am-5pm-Monday to Friday Hybrid A leading Wealth Management firm requires a data administrator to support to their small Training & Development team on temp basis to start ASAP. The role Monitor the Training & Development shared inbox Uploading qualifications and supporting certificates, ensuring records are accurately entered and appropriately filed Maintaining clear records for review by the Training & Development team Updating records of request and responses on qualification certificates Extracting data from the qualification spreadsheets using excel Creating reports using excel on qualification status Managing spreadsheets, filtering data and identifying gaps or duplicatesThe ideal candidate: Previous experience with high-volume data entry, document management or system maintenance essential Experience working within financial services desirable not essential Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach Intermediate with Excel- and MS Suite Ability to prioritise workload and work independently Happy to work independently and within a teamIf you have strong excel skills, enjoy working with data please send your CV forward today.
