Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out a variety of general production and operational duties.
• Assisting with the manufacture, assembly or packing of products.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Operating machinery and equipment safely (training provided where required).
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting colleagues and assisting with other duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
