Cover Supervisor - Maidstone Flexible Work | No Planning or Marking | Immediate & September Starts Are you confident leading a classroom and looking for a rewarding role in education? We're recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a number of welcoming secondary schools across Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Teaching Assistants or anyone with experience working with young people. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout the lesson. The Role: • Supervise classes across a variety of subjects. • Deliver work left by teaching staff. • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. • Report back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson. We're looking for: • Confident communication and classroom presence. • Experience working with young people (desirable). • A calm and professional approach. • Availability for flexible or full-time work.
