Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining our store's high standards. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, and providing knowledgeable information about our offerings. You will also handle transactions at the cash register, ensuring accurate processing of sales and returns. Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor is essential, and you will play a key role in restocking merchandise and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating the initiative to work independently. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
