Merlin Project Lead - CHP

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merlin Project Lead - CHP to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) projects from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will regularly communicate with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns to ensure alignment with project goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, particularly within the energy sector. A proven track record of successfully managing CHP projects is essential. You should be adept at risk management, budget control, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, exceptional leadership and communication skills are necessary to foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications in project management.
