Family Help Practitioners, Hackney  
£32.26 per hour.  
 
The Family Support Service delivers statutory and non-statutory assessments and family support interventions to children and families of all ages across the borough. The teams are led by Consultant Social Workers/Team Managers who support and direct the delivery of outcome-focused family support aimed at helping children safely remain with their families and engage positively with universal community services. We are currently moving to the Family Help model in line with the social care reforms where Family Practitioners will join Family Help teams. They will work alongside social workers to complete a whole family approach to supporting families and their networks. 
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
