As a KS1 Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that align with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1 students.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments, following existing lesson plans or creating your own if required.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student's academic, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers when necessary.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential.
• Experience in KS1 Teaching: A solid understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to adapt to various school settings and handle challenges with professionalism.
• Strong Classroom Management Skills: To create a positive and productive environment.
• Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners.

• Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students.
• Familiarity with phonics programs such as Read Write Inc. or Letters and Sounds.
• Knowledge of effective assessment techniques to track pupil progress.
