Affiliates Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Affiliates Associate Director to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy, driving growth through partnerships, and leading a talented team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize affiliate performance, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and overall business objectives. Your analytical skills will be key as you monitor affiliate performance metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance revenue generation.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and expanding our affiliate network, negotiating agreements, and establishing strong relationships with affiliates to maximize program effectiveness. You will oversee affiliate onboarding, training, and ongoing communication, ensuring affiliates are equipped with the tools and resources needed for success. Additionally, you will analyze performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
