Artwork Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Artwork Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of various artwork projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure that all artwork meets brand standards and project deadlines. Your primary duties will include coordinating project timelines, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders. You will also oversee the preparation of artwork files for print and digital formats, ensuring that all specifications are met for quality and accuracy.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, as is experience in managing budgets and resource allocation.
