Static Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Static Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction sites, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will lead a team of workers, providing direction and support while monitoring progress to meet project deadlines and specifications. Your expertise will be essential in conducting regular site inspections, maintaining accurate records, and addressing any issues that arise on-site.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have a solid understanding of construction practices and safety protocols, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies. A degree in construction management or a related field, coupled with relevant experience in site supervision, is preferred. Knowledge of project management software and scheduling tools will be an added advantage.
