Passive Fire - Surveyor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Passive Fire Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveys of buildings to assess passive fire protection measures and ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations. Your key duties will include inspecting fire-stopping materials, fire doors, and compartmentalization systems, as well as identifying any deficiencies that may compromise fire safety. You will prepare detailed reports outlining your findings and provide recommendations for improvements, working closely with clients to develop effective solutions that enhance their fire safety strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards, along with relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Passive Fire Protection. You should have proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel to various sites are also required.
