About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee the safety and security of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security protocols to protect our assets, personnel, and information. Key duties include conducting regular security assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services. You will lead a team of security personnel, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and motivated to uphold our security standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing incident reports and conducting investigations into security breaches or incidents.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential. You should have a thorough understanding of security technology and systems, as well as knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. A certification such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) will be an added advantage.
