Named Pupil Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with planning and delivering high-quality learning activities.

• Working with individual pupils or small groups to support specific learning needs.

• Promoting inclusion and helping to create a positive, nurturing classroom environment.

• Supporting pupils with SEND and adapting resources whererequired.

• Contributing to the life of the school through wider activities,tripsand events.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is patient, caring and passionate about working with children.

• Hasstrong communicationskills and works well as part of a team.

• Has experience working in a school or childcare setting (preferred).

• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
