Support Worker

• Ensure the safety and well-being of young people in our care, acting as a positive role model.
• Support home operations, including meal preparation, maintaining a clean environment, and encouraging educational engagement.
• Organize and participate in recreational activities to foster personal growth and skill development.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional care teams across different sites.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including a full induction and specialized Therapeutic Parenting training.

• Must possess a full, valid UK manual driving licence.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• A patient, resilient, and nurturing professional approach.
• Desirable: One year of relevant experience and a Level 3 Diploma or SCQF Level 7 qualification in residential childcare.
