Family Court Adviser - Public & Private Law

Location: Reading
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Pay: £36 per hour (Umbrella)

Randstad is recruiting an experienced Family Court Adviser to join a dedicated team in Reading. This role offers the opportunity to work across Public and Private Law while helping improve outcomes for children and families.

About the Role

You will undertake assessments, prepare court reports, attend hearings, and provide professional recommendations while working collaboratively with families and partner agencies.

Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience within Public and/or Private Law
• Strong assessment and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
