I'm currently recruiting experienced Care Professionals for some fantastic placement opportunities across Argyll & Bute, the Western Isles, the Orkney Islands, and the Shetland Islands.

• Competitive Pay:

  • £19.00/hr (PAYE Rolled-up) for HCAs & Support Workers

  • £21.50/hr (PAYE Rolled-up) for Senior Roles

• Accommodation Provided: Shared accommodation included for the entire duration of your placement.

• Travel Reimbursed: Randstad covers your ferry bookings to and from the islands.

• Flexible Placements: Minimum 12-week commitment, with options extending up to 6 months.

• Built-in Time Off: Extend past 12 weeks and you're eligible for up to 2 weeks of holiday to recharge.

We have settings across Care Homes, Homecare, and Supported Living for:

• Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)

• Support Workers

• Senior Care Assistants

• Care Co-Ordinators

• Team Managers

• Relevant experience in care/support roles

• [e.g., Active SSSC Registration or willingness to register]

• [e.g., Current PVG Scheme membership]
