About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for a fast-paced Kitchen & Bathroom Regeneration Project across residential properties in Birmingham.
This is a crucial, high-touch role acting as the primary bridge between residents, site management, and sub-contractors. You will ensure smooth access, clear communication, and high levels of resident satisfaction while trades complete internal refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-work surveys and talk residents through the installation process.
Act as the main point of contact for resident queries, concerns, and special access requirements.
Maintain clear communication channels, issuing advance notice letters and daily updates.
Work closely with the Site Manager and sub-contractors to resolve access issues or delays.
Log progress, complaints, and handovers using site management software/paperwork.
Essential Requirements
CSCS Card: Valid CSCS Card (Green CSCS minimum requirement).
Proven Experience: Demonstrable history working as an RLO on social housing / domestic refurbishment schemes (Kitchens & Bathrooms experience strongly preferred).
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
Mobility: Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle (preferred for travel between local properties).
