Role: Elderly Day Care Support Worker

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM (No evenings or weekends! Flexible around school pick-ups)

We are looking for reliable and engaging individuals to join our day centre team in Porthcawl, supporting local seniors and individuals living with age-related conditions like dementia or mobility challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hosting social sessions, gentle exercise, quizzes, and arts & crafts.

• Offering a warm smile, a listening ear, and encouraging social interaction to combat loneliness.

• Assisting with mealtime support and personal care with warmth and dignity.

• Supporting group outings in and around the Porthcawl area.
