About the role
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting guests, and managing inquiries efficiently. You will also handle scheduling appointments, maintaining the reception area’s organization, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office management software will be highly advantageous.

A high school diploma is required, with previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
