Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will be expected to maintain a neat and organized sales floor, restock merchandise as needed, and monitor inventory levels to support our operations. Additionally, you will process transactions efficiently at the checkout and handle returns and exchanges with professionalism and care.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for accurately handling cash and maintaining the store's visual standards.
