Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment for all employees and visitors. Your key duties will include coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues. You will also assist in budget preparation and monitoring facility-related expenditures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with various departments and external contractors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. A background in facilities management or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in using facilities management software. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required for certain tasks.
