About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Science Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing data analytics to drive marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness. Your primary duties will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of marketing data to identify trends and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations that optimize marketing performance and improve ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, ideally with experience in digital marketing metrics and attribution modeling. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python, as well as experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
